At Blushify, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchases. If you find yourself not completely content with your product purchased through Blushify online, we encourage you to reach out to us for support. You're welcome to return the unused product by mail for an exchange or refund within 10 days from the date you received it. Returns of products that are unused or unopened are eligible for a full refund of the item’s price, including any applicable taxes or discounts. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping or refund the initial shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refused packages may incur shipping charges.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@blushify.shop, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will then guide you through the next steps.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches Blushify, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Should you request a return label from us, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take to process my return? Returns are typically processed within 10 – 15 business days from the date we receive the item at our facility.

When will I see the credit for my returned items? The credit posting timeline varies by bank. It generally takes 3 – 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For specific details, please contact your bank directly.

Will I be notified once my return is processed? Yes, we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Special Conditions for Larger or Special-Order Items For orders containing 10 or more of the same SKU, a 25% restocking fee is applicable. Additionally, all returned items must have matching lot/batch numbers as originally provided by Blushify. Shipping charges for these items will apply.

Shears & Electrical Appliances Returns of shears and electrical appliances are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
